Peintre

Peintre was once known under his false name 'Pierre', when he mysteriously appeared at EdAN University one day. Under a human disguise, he completed classes with the best grades possible, his works were well-liked by the other students on campus... But he could never seem to connect to anybody. There were attempts from a few students, but in his casual stoicness, he seemed to brush them off. People just assumed that he was a bit of a socially awkward guy... But they didn't realize that he was never human to begin with. Despite that, he was able to make a masterpiece, getting on the stage to take that one page of Artius... Only for him to snatch the entire book from Reggie, the University's chancellor, and absorb the power of the book in it's entirety on stage as his body warped and changed, revealing the most powerful artcreature that the world had ever witnessed.

Early Years

... For some strange reason, he's taken great efforts in hiding where he came from. Come back soon when the locks have loosened.

The Present

Peintre has put down one oh-so-simple rule in place for the art-loving city. Any form of artwork that was to be allowed to be placed into a gallery had to be 'inspired' by him. If you could make the argument that your painting, writing... Any form of art was inspired by Peintre specifically, it would immediately be put into one of the many galleries of Rupestrine. While you were allowed to make non-Peintre related artworks, they would simply not be allowed into said galleries. Mixed reactions from artists immediately flowed in. However, instead of one artcreature... There were four. Peintre has used the power of the book to create three powerful artcreatures... And then split the book into four, giving himself less power in the process but making his new creations extremely powerful.

Peintre created The Dancer to stop harsher opposition.

Peintre created The Musician to assist in more diplomatic matters.

Peintre created The Photographer to monitor and protect the population.

With a horrifying amount of foresight on the artcreatures end, many artists if Rupestrine have just accepted... The new normal. Especially with Peintre's most common minions, Wiwis, being harmless enough. Many attempts to stop Peintre's regime ended before they started. Is this new normal... Truly unstoppable?

Notes

• Walter, René, and Guga do not 'conventionally' exist in this universe, Peintre uses the magic of the book to conjure up this universe's version of them. If they did exist, Peintre probably would've bonded with them and not have taken the Book Of Artius for himself.
• He is deeply and casually in love with all three of them, mind you.
• Shockingly tends to stay in his own lane. Most of the time, the citizens only see him in fleeting moments, or in surprisingly casual settings... A majority of people never see him angry.
• Finds humanity baffling. His primary goal is to give them a 'template' to work off of to guarantee a way to get into art galleries no matter the skill level... He insists that he doesn't have an ego.
• The artwork featured below that wasn't made by me was created by my friend scientested, I encourage you to check it's stuff out.
